BeFresh is an appliance that allows you to decrease and maintain the temperature of a liquid inside its packaging from an ambient temperature of 20°/30° to a pleasant 8° for all drinks and a tasting temperature of 6°/5° for beers or Champagne in a shorter time than using the refrigerator.
The refrigeration circuit uses a suitable evaporator to cool the water contained in the stainless steel tank where the bottles will be placed to cool. With the aid of a circulator, the water inside the tank is rotated through the exchanger, with the result that the chilled water is kept at the same temperature in any position of the tank.
The cooler is filled with water and after connecting it to the electricity supply, the cooler is turned on. Depending on the capacity of the tank, the start-up times vary, which can vary from 30 to 40 minutes to reach the average operating temperature of 3°. By placing the drinks in the cooled tank you will therefore obtain their cooling in times that vary from 5/7 minutes for a can, to 10/12 minutes for a 1⁄2 liter bottle of water, to 30/35 minutes for a 750ml bottle of Champagne for a 1.5 liter magnum approximately 1 hour, always starting from a bottle temperature of 20°.
